Trident® based systems
Talon Industries, Inc. offers a comprehensive service program for Trident-based hi-res print engines used by such OEM's as Marsh®, Loveshaw®, Diagraph®, FoxJet®, Matthews®, Videojet®, Willett®, Zanasi® and others. At Talon Industries, our highly skilled service technicians repair and clean your hi-resolution print engines until they achieve optimum performance. Most alternative ink suppliers only offer a level one service. You won't find these limitations at Talon Industries!

Service program for hi-res print engine cleaning and repair includes the following:

• Complete disassembly the Printhead
• Removal of face plate and restrictor plate for examination and ultrasonic cleaning
• Testing for proper performance of each orifice in the face plate
• Examination and cleaning of remaining components of hi-res printhead
• Removal of the filter and filter housing, Install new filter and o-ring into filter housing
• Use cleaning solution to flush the ink line and main body assembly
• Examination of piezo array and cleaning of all connections in piezo array
• Replacement of ink tubes, check valves and plug assemblies when required
• Replacement of thermal fuses for proper function of heating element when required
• Re-assembly of printhead and introduction of hi-res fluid to clear engine of all air bubbles
• Laboratory test of printhead to ensure the highest quality print has been obtained
• In order to prevent air from entering the system we fill the print engine with hi-res fluid
• Every printhead serviced includes a print sample and maintenance report to verify proper operation of your hi-res print engine

Xaar® based HR Series / Encore systems
In addition to our Trident® based service program, Talon offers comprehensive service for Series 2000 (HR Series) and Encore print heads manufactured by Videojet®/Marsh®.
